At Studio E Décor, we strongly encourage you to take a moment to read through our company policies on Terms, Shipping & Handling as well as Returns & Conditions prior to ordering. Our goal is to ensure our customers fully understand all provisions and that Studio E Décor doesn’t in any way misrepresent the products we manufacture and sale.

Terms, Shipping, & Handling

Shipping charges are based on the state of which the item will be sent.

Shipping charges are also based on weight and standard delivery time.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are only estimated for the Continental United States

Studio E Décor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment of product.

Allow up to 4 to 6 wks for delivery. (peak season 6 to 8 wks)

Prices, specifications and availability of products offered are subject to change without notice.

Taxes will be handled accordingly.

Returns & Conditions

All orders must be inspected for damage and missing parts.
Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of date received by email at info@studioedecor.com.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form (RA) and an RA#. Contact Studio E Décor by email at info@studioedecor.com to receive the RA form electronically w/RA#.
All returns must be accompanied by original receipt.
All Hard Wood Cornice Kits & Soft Fabric Cornice Kits being returned undamaged are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All Fabric by the Yard orders purchased separately are non-refundable.
All cancellations will be subject to a 30% restocking fee if notification has not been received within 3 business days of original order.
If an order is received incomplete and has been returned, Studio E Décor will process a new order and will ship in 2 weeks at no charge and one time only.
Studio E Décor does not accept any responsibility for damages in transit.
Studio E Décor is not responsible for any natural differences between two similar items. Wood texture and grain characteristics of the boards vary widely and are unique to themselves.
